Fitness in Quarantine

I know with gyms closing it’s been hard to stay motivated to keep fit. If we’re putting off our workouts it slowly starts to show and I know I get discouraged.

I put together some of my favorite fitness gurus from YouTube that create free workout plans that you can do in the comfort and safety of your own home. I will rate them through difficulty and effectiveness.

1. Chloe Ting

If you want results fast Chloe Ting has several different workout plans depending on your goal. She’s has a sweet and kind attitude, but let me tell you.. these workouts are killer. They require a lot of stamina so I wouldn’t recommend for beginners unless you are planning to do her modified workouts. If you go into this without preparing you can get hurt.. trust me I’ve been there.

2.Gabriella Whited

If you’re new to workout out I highly recommend starting with Gabriella Whited. Her workouts can range from 2-15 min. They’re doable and great if you’re trying to slowly get into the habit of a workout routine. She even created her own quarantine workout series!

3. Blogilates

Cassey Ho started her channel Blogilates which consists of workouts and body positivity videos. She is a fun and energetic fitness trainer who definitely brings motivation to to your workout. Her workouts are rather simple, but you will feel the burn. Another great option for beginners or for a rest day.

Results: 2/5

4. Lilly Sabri

If you want to feel pain consistently throughout your workout, Lilly Sabri is the girl for you! Her workouts are simple yet highly effective. You will be in so much pain but you will see your results. These are the types of workouts where you a hardly given rest in between sets, but that’s what makes the results come quicker!

Results: 4/5

5. Bailey Brown

Quick workout with quick results is the best I can describe Bailey Brown. I have done plenty of her butt shaping workouts and they have given me the best results by far. She has short quick burn videos that bring results fast ! Difficulty because of the consistent work on your muscle, but only for a short time. Also great for beginners!
